Raine&Horne Unley, an award winning, leading metro office, are looking to add to their team with an enthusiastic and experienced part-time sales administrator with the potential for the role to become fulltime. We are looking for an individual that has a great “can-do-attitude”, loves working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, is solutions orientated, customer focused and holds or is working towards holding a South Australian sales agent’s license.

The role has the potential to grow with the right candidate, with future pathways into Sales and or property management.

Success is integral to the structure of this business, as it grows at an exponential rate. It is for this reason that we need to bring on a new high-quality recruit to join the team.

The key tasks of the position may include:

Answering calls and first point of contact in the office

Meeting and greeting new clients in a warm & friendly manner to make them feel welcome in our office

General administration duties to support the sales team which includes

Entering appraisals into the client database

Entering listings into the client database

Managing new listing administration from sale to settlement including:

Managing the Sales Agency Agreements

Managing the marketing collateral and online promotion of new listings

Preparing the contracts for sale

Managing the story sheets with conveyancers

Updating the client database with relevant information when necessary

Setting appointments

Keeping an eye out on our high standards of presentation

General sales

Developing our print marketing for local sales agent promotion

Provide information including brochures and property lists to sales agents and new clients

Assisting with office marketing campaigns and sponsorships

Collecting & accurately recording potential buyer information

Developing and looking to improve administrative processes for the sales agents

The successful candidate will have:

A high attention to detail

Be super organised with the ability to meet deadlines

Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Excellent computer & typing skills

An upbeat positive can-do attitude

A desire to learn and to think outside the box

will be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team

A team player mentality

Will be coachable

An ability to multi task

What you’ll need to succeed:

A current real estate certificate of registration in either real estate sales or property management, or both

Working towards obtaining a real estate sales or PM license

Real estate industry experience is not essential
