About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Mortgage Broker who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will guide clients through the home loan process from initial contact to settlement with the help of our support team.

This role involves high client interaction via phone and email, making exceptional communication skills a must. There are opportunities for professional growth & development with attractive commission structure and transition to work from home after 1 year.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for client referred by our network.

Conduct client meetings and collaborate with our Senior Mortgage Brokers for mentoring & deal guidance

Prepare client files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from submission to settlement.

Manage loan applications and compliance.

Foster key relationships with clients, bank BDMs and referral partners.

Qualifications & Experience

Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking

Minimum 1 year experience as a mortgage broker
