Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external accountants for audits and tax obligations.
• Provide weekly flash reports and financial insights to business leaders.
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial postings.
• Manage cash flow, including foreign currency purchases and daily forecasting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure compliance with IFRS lease requirements.
• Prepare GST, VAT, and payroll tax reconciliations and payments.
• Assist in system and process improvements to drive efficiency.

About You:

• 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
• CA/CPA qualified (or part qualified).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
• Experience in a retail or multi-entity business (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo.
