Vitil is expanding and is therefore seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our team.

Are you looking for flexibility, a challenge and part time hours? This is a part time position with flexibility to allow for family commitments. The work being performed is both in the clients' offices and working from home.

The duties will include:

Carrying out a HR Audit to establish individual client's needs

Reviewing and revising existing HR policies and procedures

Policy implementation and team training

Coaching managers on best practice people management processes

Advising on organisational development and employee engagement initiatives

Developing business KPIs

Performance management and development

Leading the way for people development

General HR admin

In order to be considered for this position you will require the following:-

A degree in human resource management or a similar discipline

A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role

Previous experience in organisational development, performance management systems and procedures

A positive can do attitude

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to work with people at all levels within an organisation and to coach and train others

High attention to detail with good planning and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work on one's own initiative as well as part of a team
