We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical project aimed at a security uplift This project will ensure that the subsidiary’s security systems are aligned with the parent business, ensuring full integration and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, setting up governance and change management functions, and engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from developers to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the security uplift project to ensure the subsidiary's security systems meet the parent company's standards.
- Set up and implement governance structures, ensuring the project adheres to best practices, timelines, and quality standards.
- Establish and manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of security systems across the organization.
- Engage with and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, senior executives, and external partners.
- Navigate complex subsidiary structures to ensure integration plans align with both parent and subsidiary business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on how integrations should be set up, run, and land to maximize security effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the security uplift process.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key milestones, ensuring successful integration of security systems.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring teams are well-aligned with project objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within the security, banking, or technology sectors.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across all levels from developers to senior executives.
- Extensive experience in setting up governance structures and managing change management processes for large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), and the ability to tailor approaches as needed for the project's needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven execution.
