We are a well-established commercial interiors company specialising in workspace furniture, office fit-outs, and end-to-end project delivery. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and service, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced Foreman to lead our warehouse, logistics, and on-site install operations.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines warehouse coordination, logistics oversight, and leadership of on-site installations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of deliveries and fit-outs, while managing warehouse operations, tools, vehicles, and team safety.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld across all client-facing and operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, stock control, and equipment tracking

Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installations

Lead install teams on-site and ensure quality outcomes

Oversee vehicle safety, equipment maintenance, and Test & Tag logs

Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed

Liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to maintain project flow

Monitor team certifications, site compliance, and documentation

Provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a foreman, team leader, or operations coordination role

Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Valid driver’s license and forklift license (preferred)

White Card and understanding of OH&S requirements

Understanding in commercial furniture installation or fit-out advantageous (not required)
