Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Are you a hands-on warehouse & logistics leader ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced food manufacturing environment? Our client is looking for a driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead, mentor, and continue to evolve their warehouse operations.

With a team of 15 and a state-of-the-art facility, this is your chance to make a real impact in a business where culture, safety, and people come first, and production as an internal customer is your biggest focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the warehouse, logistics and dispatch function across chilled, frozen and ambient operations – ensuring HACCP and food safety standards are strictly followed

Driving best practice in people leadership, team mentoring and ongoing development

Monitor warehouse workflows to ensure efficient picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

Manage and coordinate 3PL transport relationships

Oversee the maintenance and servicing of company owned trucks and equipment

Driving SOPs, safety and compliance across a fast paced environment

Overseeing inbound & outbound logistics, inventory flow and space optimisation

Monitor inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage alongside inventory controller

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership in warehouse and logistics, ideally within FMCG (food experience highly regarded)

Strong experience in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and delivery co-ordination

Familiarity with HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards

Tech-savvy mindset with solid WMS and operational system experience

A confident communicator and natural problem solver
