SITE FOREMAN – BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION - NOWRA

Pearce & Percy Constructions is recruiting an experienced foreman with a carpenter trade to manage, oversee and work on our medium to large commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ability to follow a schedule and manage site trades and staff
  2. Perform skilled carpentry tasks
  3. Liaise with clients professionally and respectfully
  4. Work effectively with our Project Manager
  5. WHS compliance documentation

You will need to have the following capabilities and experience:

  1. Carpenter Trades Certificate and Driver’s License (MR preferred)
  2. Foreman experience with organisation skills
  3. Effective teamwork, communication, problem-solving and conflict management skills
  4. Computer and site administration skills

A remuneration package with vehicle and phone will be offered according to your experience.

Pearce & Percy Constructions is a commercial building company with an on-site joinery and 39 years’ experience, working throughout the Shoalhaven, South Coast, Illawarra and Sydney areas. We have multiple site teams completing high quality refurbishment, extensions and construction projects.
