About the role*

Due to continued success and the pipeline of current and upcoming projects, Nova is looking for an Experienced Civil Foreman to join our site team.

The Role

You will be going between various jobs to ensure the smooth running of all operations. You will be managing the civil ground works / services and assisting the Project Managers with the delivery of the project right through to handover.

This role requires you to be able to step in where needed onsite. Not just sitting at a desk.

This role is predominantly night shift work at the moment but will vary and change over time.

Experience required

Experience on civil works

Trade qualification or tertiary qualification

Experience working on civil projects

2/3 years’ experience as a supervisor / foreman

Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour

Highly skilled in OH&S

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ideally have Sydney Water experience

We need someone that works well under pressure and can motivate the teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
