💼 About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and skilled Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll play an essential part in driving sales growth through a comprehensive approach, collaborating closely with the marketing team to bring strategic initiatives to life. We are looking for someone who loves creating content and driving brand engagement! This role is all about bringing fresh, fun, and on-brand content to our social media channels and helping us stay ahead of trends.

🔥Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Create and manage holistic digital marketing strategies that support both online and retail storefronts.

Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule content that aligns with our brand’s ethos and resonates with our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Social Media Strategy: Analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and implement engaging campaigns.

Influencer & UGC Content: Maintain influencer partnerships and UCG to support our content strategy.

Community Engagement: Connect with followers to build brand loyalty and drive sales with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Customer Lifecycle Programs: Assist in creating programs to drive website traffic and help with customer segmentation.

Photoshoot Support: Assist with photoshoot prep and on-location support.

✨What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation.

A passion for social media and staying on top of trends.

Comfortable creating content both on and off-camera.

Strong understanding of digital content trends and best practices.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

A creative, positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.

🎯 Bonus Points

Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, and creating visual campaigns.

Retail or fashion background (a bonus!)
