About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’re creative, organized and skilled at crafting engaging content across platforms, and can handle a super busy work environment, we want to hear from you! This role supports the Marketing Team in executing a robust posting schedule and driving audience engagement across all our channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling: Use Canva to design and post daily content across Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube (desirable), and emerging platforms.

Platform Management: Engage actively to enhance social media presence and drive interaction on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful social media campaigns.

Copywriting: Ensure all published text aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

Content Ideation: Propose new content ideas to enhance engagement and audience interaction.

Content Creation: Assist in producing high-quality content to build audience presence and encourage engagement.

Photography & Video Capture: Capture photos and videos to support marketing campaigns daily.

Social Media Asset Management: Keep social media assets updated and organised within asset trackers.

Ad-Hoc Duties: Flexibility to handle allocated tasks as required in a fast-paced, environment and on deadline.

Understanding Target Market: Stay updated on trends to keep strategies fresh and impactful.

YouTube leader: Coordinate the editing team to create weekly YouTube content.

Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated skill in Canva and Instagram is essential; YouTube and Tiktok uploading experience and video filming/editing is highly desirable.

Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Creativity: Strong ability to generate content ideas and engage the target audience.

Bonus Skills But Not Required:

Graphic Design: If you have worked as a graphic designer, please show us your work via an online portfolio link (please make sure it's clickble!)

Youtube Channel Management: Experience in video uploading, description writing etc. (please apply if you don't have this, but if you do, show us any channels you have worked on!)
