Role Overview

As part of a small team, our Sales Support play a crucial part in ensuring our customer orders and enquires are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Collaborating closely with existing sales team members, this full time role requires candidates to be committed and open to learning our products and systems with a positive outlook.

We recognise our industry is very specialised, therefore if your sales experience does not extend to the pumping and water treatment industry but if you have experience in a similar role (industry related ie. electrical / plumbing / mechanical etc.), coupled with the passion and commitment to learn we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound customer sales enquires via walk in, phone and email

Identify, troubleshoot, size and select pumps and pumping equipment for client applications

Provide quotations, product information, and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries

Assist with maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of showroom

Partake in regular stock audits

Eligibility

Experience in Sales / Retail / Client Support (including cash and Eftpos transactions)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Be approachable and willing to learn on the job

Self-motivated and work well unsupervised

Current Drivers Licence
