What we are looking for:
Basic account maintenance and invoicing.
You will be the face of our office by meeting and greeting customers.
Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for customers.
Enjoys offering a high level of customer service online, in person and over the phone.
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or customer service
Maintaining office amenities and meeting rooms
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Processing daily online orders
Versatile use of skills to assist sales and marketing team when required.
