About the business and the role

Health & Injury Management Solutions Pty Ltd provides specialist services to our clients on their workers' compensation programs across claims and injury management, rehabilitation, data analytics, health and wellbeing.

This is a permanent part-time or full-time administration support role, with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a resourceful, creative, passionate person who would like to learn from a highly experienced and agile claims management team and its diverse portfolio of clients.

The role involves working closely with the General Manager and claims team leader.

The position is based in Bella Vista, NSW.

Job tasks and responsibilities

In this position you will be working with a range of clients in an integrated workers compensation model using internet banking systems to:

Perform data entry of invoices and correspondence

Enter batch files into banking systems for payment

Liaise with clients and suppliers to coordinate settlement documentation

Updating claims data

Reconciling account with manager each month

Assisting the team with injured worker liaison and general duties

Provide general office administration assistance email, electronic filing, data entry, correspondence, printing, and attending to visitors were required.

Skills and experience

We require the successful applicant to have

Accounts payable or banking experience is very helpful

Competent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, with good time management skills

Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office 365

Ability to work together with a team spread across Australia

Experience with medical treatments and injury management will help but not essential, people coming back to the workforce and students are welcome.
