💼 About the Role
This is more than bookkeeping, this is a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll help shape the way we track performance, manage finances, and make decisions.
You’ll lead the finance function day-to-day, working closely with our GM and experienced Office Manager, and mentoring a junior accounts/admin assistant.

You’ll be responsible for:
Managing all accounts receivable/payable functions
Customer and supplier account management and reconciliations
Payroll processing, superannuation compliance, and MYOB reporting
Monthly BAS/IAS lodgements and broader ATO compliance
Month-end close, journals, and credit card reconciliation
Retail and online transaction reconciliation
Supporting forecasting, budgeting and reporting
Leading process improvement and clean systems
Working closely with our external accountant and advisor team
Managing all accounts receivable/payable functions

🧾 About You
You’ve got at least 8 years’ experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounting roles
You hold a Cert IV, Diploma or significant experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping, ideally in FMCG, wholesale or manufacturing industries.
You’re confident in MYOB, Excel and reconciliation processes
You take pride in being organised, accurate, and reliable
You’re calm under pressure and a clear communicator
You already live in or near Dubbo, or are ready to make the move and are looking for a long-term, stable role.
