THE JOB - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

• This Territory Manager, Hospital role, based in Brisbane (primarily) will also cover Sunshine Coast up to Hervey Bay and Bundaberg every 6-8 weeks. This person will be chartered with executing a sales strategy that grows market share through identifying and developing business opportunities within targeted accounts to maximise sales and contribution growth in the public and private hospital environment.
• The position will develop the brand profile with key decision makers, within hospitals, and build added value relationships to ensure company sales targets are met and will maintain existing accounts while growing and diversifying into new accounts. This territory is performing to target.
• Customers will be procurement, NUM's, nurse educators, nurses, any clinician that looks after patients needing these products along with advisory committees within Qld Health. The role will provide excellent customer centric support and own the customer relationship.
• You will attend conferences and meetings to support sales strategy execution and commit to regional travel every 6 weeks or so. On-boarding is thorough as is training which will require a week in Sydney at the start of your employment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• High preference for degree qualification in Nursing or Health Care professional background. It will be a distinct advantage if you are an ex-nurse in applying for this role, however, you must have medical device sales experience.
• Experience in medical consumables/device/surgical/case support sales, minimum 2 years, with strong sales results.
• Commercial acumen with CRM experience, ideally Salesforce/Veeva, with strong communication skills and self-awareness, a strong team player and self-starter.
