T+O+M Recruitment is working with a Listed Real Estate Group to hire a Senior Fund Accountant position.

Sydney CBD Location - flexible working

$140k - $150k including super

Initial 10 month FTC - immediate start is desired

Responsibilities:

Manage the relationship with the Group's custodian incl. unit pricing, returns & cash flow

Oversee ensure accurate fund reporting

Prepare investor reports & calculate distributions

Support financial reporting and tax compliance

Drive process improvement & control adherence

About You:

CA or CPA qualified

3+ years experience in property fund accounting or corporate accounting

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
