The Peter Rowland Group is on the hunt for an experienced and capable Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team for Melbourne's most well renowned Events and Venues.

About You

You have experience in managing inventory and equipment hire, and the operational requirements for a large catering business.

Your operational experience will allow you to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, executing their vision and offering expert, tailor-made operational and logistics advice.

You are a self-starter with the ability to drive the underlying operational requirements of events at Peter Rowland Group’s exclusive venues including The Centre Ivanhoe, Butler Lane, Sovereign Hill, Narmbool, Abbotsford Convent and La Trobe University (Bundoora) as well as The Shrine of Remembrance and epic ad-hoc locations.

You have hospitality, warehousing or operational experience.

You are passionate about hospitality, and a bit of a guru, who revels in the diversity of your role.

You are a great leader and enjoy motivating your team by setting the example yourself

You don't just dip your toes; you dive headfirst into everything you do, relishing every opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
