We are seeking a highly organised and proficient Warranty Administrator to join our Warranty Team.

Reporting directly to the Warranty Team Leader, the key focus of this role is the coordination and management of a high quality and efficient warranty service.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Warranty and defect administration, using Aroflo software;
  • Consultation with Warranty Team Leader to ensure prioritization and resource management;
  • Coordinate teams and warranty workers for despatch;
  • Management of costs retrieval from supplier/subcontractors;
  • Manage all customer escalations, take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution;
  • Improve customer service quality by collaboratively evaluating & re-designing processes, establishing & communicating service metrics, monitoring & analysing results & implementing changes;
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers & internal departments to ensure regular communication to all stakeholders involved;
  • Identify areas of improvement & proactively solve problems

To be successful in your new role you will require:

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Property/maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of building processes is desirable
  • Experience handling difficult & complex situation
  • Excellent communication, problem solving & customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced office environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate skill in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly verbal, to deal with difficult callers
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
  • A broad understanding of customer issues
  • Positive and proactive can do attitude
  • Strong team player willing to support all team members
