We're now looking for a Builder's Administration Coordinator to join our New Builds team!

About the role…
This position plays a key role in supporting both our builder partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth business operations and the delivery of exceptional service. With a focus on innovative solutions and a customer-centric approach, your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing the purchase order process, including email acknowledgements, supplier coordination, and installation tracking.
Overseeing credit applications and managing the contract renewal process.
Developing and maintaining departmental processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and generating reports to support business insights and performance.
Maintaining sales and marketing materials, including the management of the 'Welcome Packs' for new builder partnerships.
Strategically planning and organising of builder training sessions and appreciation initiatives.
Providing administrative and project support, adhering to multiple time frames.
Ongoing account management and providing support to builder partners.
What we are looking for...
Proven experience in the building industry, with a solid understanding of house plans this is essential.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with builders, executives, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail to confidently manage multiple projects.
A proactive approach to work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Creative problem-solving skills to develop and improve departmental processes.
Proficiency in data entry and CRM management.
