We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our professional and friendly team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for qualifying inbound enquiries, updating data in our CRM and Job Management systems, and following up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities. This role is also responsible for ensuring a seamless transition to our technical and operations teams, facilitating smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

About You

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and have exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly you will be driven to develop client relationships and provide a great customer experience.
