The Role
Coordinate: Manage daily office operations including front of house reception, maintaining inventory, maintaining assets, business admin and record keeping and liaising with service providers
Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, partners, and employees, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Record Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, databases, and other records
Administrative: Assist with HR admin, IT support and diary Management for 3
Directors
Events: Assist with the organisation and coordination of meetings, social events and travel arrangements and maintain the meeting room calendars.
General: Keeping the kitchen and communal areas clean and tidy and stocked with coffee, milks and soft drinks.

Time Management: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Experience Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong IT skills in using Microsoft Office suite and other office software (Canva, Xero)
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creating, implementing and maintaining processes and systems
Excellent time management and effective prioritisation, always considering the needs of the team and business
Great eye for detail, proactive and solutions focussed.
