Link Ingredients is a privately owned company supplying ingredients to the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.
This position is full time; Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Accurately enter data into our ERP - Tencia
Manage and organise office files, documents and records - including all quality paperwork.
Administration and sales support for account managers as required
General reception support including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier co-ordination
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Excellent customer service and a professional, personable telephone manner
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Pleasant and positive demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
