Saturday $38.70 per hour
Sunday $45.15 per hour
The Ivory Waterside is more than just a pub, it's a busy restaurant serving some of Tweed Head's most consistent and best value for money meals, a meeting place for friends and family with great indoor and outdoor spaces, plus a spot to gather after work in relaxed surrounds. It is the go to place for daily dining, functions, weddings and events.
A busy business requires a busy office team to keep things organised and running efficiently behind the scenes and we now have a vacancy for a casual Office Administrator to complete varied tasks over the weekend with regular hours being 9am to 11am.
Your day will include counting cash, replenishing the ATM & CRT and reconciling sales. You will also be required to answer phone enquiries.
The successful applicant will have the following experience:
Cash handling within the hospitality industry
Replenishing an ATM and CRT
Reconciling daily gaming
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Be willing to assist with additional duties as required, such as dining bookings and function enquiries
Be honest, reliable and punctual
Have the ability to work well in a team environment and with limited supervision
We use the following IT systems, it’s not essential you’ve used these previously:
H&L POS
Aristocrat S7000
Microsoft Excel
Wirely
