About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small office environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, so a friendly and professional manner is essential.

• You have strong administration and customer service skills.
• You’re confident using Microsoft Office and job management software (or willing to learn).
• You can multitask and work well under pressure.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have your own reliable transport (due to our location).
• Prior experience in HVAC, trade services, or a similar industry is highly regarded but not essential.

About the Role

• 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday), 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility available).
• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Scheduling service jobs and coordinating technician appointments.
• Assisting with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Working closely with another Office Administrator to ensure smooth operations.
