About the role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Hunter Project Solutions. This casual position will involve providing high-quality administrative support to our site based personnel on a flexible roster.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation and general office support
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and travel arrangements
Maintaining electronic filing systems
Supporting the broader team with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
