The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be a key player in the business, responsible for managing tenders, cost planning, and providing accurate estimates to secure profitable projects. You will work closely with senior management, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the estimating process for high-value rendering projects.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and proposals.

Analyse project specifications, drawings, and plans to determine cost structures.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the best pricing and terms.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handover of successful tenders.

Stay updated with market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as an Estimator in rendering, construction, or a related trade.

Strong knowledge of rendering materials, methods, and pricing structures.

Proven ability to estimate large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Proficiency in Cost X estimating software is essential.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
