About the Company:

The Role:

You'll be working as a Senior Project Engineer on large-scale bulk earthworks packages, supporting the Project Manager and leading engineers and site staff. You'll play a hands-on role in planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring technical excellence and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the technical delivery of bulk earthworks packages

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams

Review and interpret drawings, specs, and scopes of work

Ensure QA, HSEQ, and compliance requirements are met

Track progress against program and budget

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in civil construction

Solid exposure to bulk earthworks - large cut/fill, site prep, and heavy civils

Strong technical knowledge and site coordination skills

Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management

Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)

NSW-based experience preferred
