The Firm & The Role
Our client is long established commercial law firm. Due to new clients and new instructions, our client is looking to recruit a property lawyer with around the 18 months to 5 years pae level.

Our client has a strong and loyal client base and this role will see you undertaking:

• off the plan developments
• residential and commercial conveyancing
• subdivisions, covenants and easements
• drafting strata by-laws
• drafting contracts, deeds and licenses
• advising on strata issues e.g repairs and maintenance
• general property advice e.g. advice on property planning, advice on property title structuring, advice on adverse possession, advice on compulsory acquisition

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced property lawyer with around 18 months to 5 years pae
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be client focused
• Be a team player but also enjoy working independently
• Be highly organised and be able to manage competing deadlines
• Be enthusiastic, be pro-active and a self-starter
