An opportunity exists for a self-motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representative / Account Manager with experience in Freight Forwarding Sales to join the team.

16 hours per week flexible to your schedule (business hours)

Find, retain and activate new customers via continual cold selling by phone or in person

Chase warm, cold and any leads to convert into ongoing customers

Ongoing management and control of Sales Portfolio

Liaising with all carriers, lines, suppliers and vendors for rate updates

Client meetings and visits ensuring our top quality service is provided

Responsible for key sales KPIs and targets

Good pay rate with commissions

Skills & Experience

Recent Freight forwarding experience

Sales Support or procurement exposure within freight forwarding, advantageous

Quotations background

CargoWise and Excel experience

Ability to keep track of all updates on rates form all relationships

Multitask and prioritisation skills

Proworld Logistics is a freight forwarding company located in Campbellfield Vic specialising in Import & Export Air & Sea. We are a new company in the market and started trading in late 2024.

Your role will encompass quotations, rate card management and support for the sales team to achieve their quotas, as well as existing clients update requirements. Through the cargowise system and their own platforms for quotations, you will be in constant contact with carriers, lines and suppliers for the most up to date costs, buy rates and inputting selling rates into the company system. The role will also incorporate procurement requirements for the company as well as bringing your own ideas on who to reach out to and why.
