The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a results-driven, highly experienced Telephone Sales Professional to join our vibrant Melbourne-based office. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with warm leads, booking appointments with our property consultants, and playing a key role in helping Australians take control of their financial future.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound calls per 4-hour shift

Engage existing and newly generated leads to book qualified appointments

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and reporting systems

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Deliver outstanding service with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a top-performing tele-sales expert who brings:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound appointment setting or tele-sales

A proven ability to exceed sales KPIs and targets

An energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills

Fluent English (both spoken and written)

Strong computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, Internet)

Excellent time management, planning, and follow-up skills

Coachable, team-oriented mindset with a drive for personal and professional growth
