About the Role:

TwoScots are partnering with a property development company who support in the growth of the business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective leads on behalf of the business, qualifying their needs and assigning experts to support in the next steps.

This is an ongoing, temporary opportunity with an immediate start, based out of a state of the art Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support via phone, web chat and emails
• Provide excellent and accurate career and course information
• Meet KPI's and sales targets
• Database and individual lead management
• Respond to any prospective enquiries or leads in a timely manner

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a fast-paced, sales environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Previous experience in Education is highly advantageous
• Excellent customer service experience
• Team player
