We currently have an extremely exciting opportunity for a professional and driven Sales Manager to oversee our New Vehicle Sales Department which sells 80-100 vehicles every month, with a mapped growth strategy and new premises in our future planning.

The Role

• Train, coach, develop and mentor the sales team.
• Review, report and oversee all enquiries daily.
• Ensure our DMS, Autogate and Salesperson logs are updated daily.
• Be available to meet, greet and manage all guest enquiries.
• Control, recondition and manage our inventory with strict adherence on our days’ supply.
• Work with the buying team to identify stock opportunity.
• Achieve set internal volume and gross profit objectives.
• Review and authorise deal costing.
• Review all inbound and outbound advertising, promotion, and marketing activity.
• Work collectively and effectively with other department staff, department managers, Dealer Principal and Financial Controller.

The Candidate

• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
• Lead by example in everything you do.
• Be a student of the industry.
• Understand your department budget, DSA, DOC and department expenses.
• Hold a current Yard Manager license.
• Hold a current WA driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
