About the role:
As a Preowned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing our impressive range of preowned Mercedes-Benz vehicles to our esteemed customers.

Your main duties will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, providing detailed product information and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborating closely with our finance and insurance teams to offer customers tailored financing options and additional products, maximising sales potential.
• Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in automotive pre-owned sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle market.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
• Ability to think outside of the square
• A valid driver's license.
