As the Manager - Testing & Training (SA) you would play a key role in overseeing operations, leading a team, and driving business growth in our Mawson Lakes Office.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the resources and capabilities needed to meet current and future customer needs and developing strategies, and project plans to fulfil these requirements.
• Actively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities for business growth
• Leading and managing a team delivering EW testing and training contracts
• Provide hands-on support in EW and RF technologies
• Oversee test and training operations to ensure technical excellence and compliance
• Ensure the helpdesk is operating effectively; the Mellori team are able to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Guide the delivery and continuous improvement of training courses delivered in support of the contract
• Provide regular reporting to the Director of Operations & Program Delivery regarding operational issues

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• A strong background in Electronic Warfare, RF, or Defence technologies.
• Tertiary qualifications in business administration, management, project management, operations management, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
• A strong interest in leading a team and overseeing business processes and commercial matters
• Previous experience preparing budgets and forecasts, analysing team performance and working with commercial documents and processes, or a keen interest in learning these processes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
