The Company

We're working with an innovative and established property services business who support a diverse range of commercial properties with both integrated services and cutting edge technology. The organisation needs to completely rebuild their people, systems and processes, and they first need to hire an HRIS Systems Manager to drive multiple phases, starting with assessing their current and future state HRIS requirements. Then this role will be responsible for designing the team structure, hiring, and managing that team.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be empowered to lead in assessing and optimising system selection and performance as well as driving improvements that support both operational efficiency and long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, ICT and Operations to ensure compliance with data governance and payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

Design HR business process mapping both within and outside the current HRIS.

Present HRIS platform recommendations based on findings.

Recommend a team structure for fulfilling the group HR administration.

Assist the CPO and COO in building the HR systems strategy.

Maintain, enhance and optimise HRIS, and other people management systems ensuring seamless functionality across all HR, Payroll and Safety operations.

Lead system upgrades, integrations and process improvements to enhance business efficiency.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security and payroll regulations.

Creation of custom reports, workflows and forms, to assist all areas of the business.

Before the team is built, you'll need to troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

System administration and provide technical expertise for HRIS enhancements.

Creation of training materials for various system functions.

About you

You'll be someone who has end-to-end HRIS systems implementation experience, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of collaboration, you'll be a communicative person, you will be a natural planner, you'll be passionate about bringing new ideas in both HR tech and processes to the table, and you will possess leadership qualities. In the early stage, you will need to be comfortable being hands on whilst the team is being formed.

Requirements:

Experience in end-to-end HRIS implementations.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across HR, Payroll and ICT teams.

Multiple years experience working across and supporting different HRIS or Payroll systems.

Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including system configurations and enhancements.

Strong experience mapping 'as is' and 'to be' processes.

Experience managing system integrations and leading technology-driven improvements.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide proactive solutions.

Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
