The Company:

From presentation rooms, auditoriums and lecture halls to virtual classrooms, lobbies, museums, sporting arenas and retail shops, this organization can do it all and build a fully integrated audio-visual environment

The Role:

You will be working for the business dedicated to a large client that requires onsite support and technology services. You will be responsible for back-end support of internal systems and help to set up meeting rooms and audio-visual infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary onsite AV support for a major corporate customer.

Provide real-time troubleshooting and proactive issue resolution.

Perform regular system health checks and preventative maintenance.

Assist users with AV system operations, ensuring seamless meeting experiences

Requirements:

Ideally you will have come from an IT support or IT infrastructure background

Strong working knowledge of MS Teams and ability to set up meeting rooms

Have worked with Cisco products and technology on the back end

Ability to help out with events and provide technical expertise

Familiar with ITIL framework

Excellent communication and client facing skill set
