The Bradnam’s Windows and Doors team are seeking a skilled, dedicated and motivated IT Support Technician to join our onsite team based in Boondall.

Bradnam’s offer an amazing office environment and company culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration. As an IT Support Technician, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of service desk requests from end-to-end, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of all IT support requests.

As an IT Support Technician the role will include but not limited to:

Providing IT support to clients, both onsite and remotely.

Prioritising and responding to client support requests in ticketing system.

Handling IT support phone calls through to resolution.

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications

Troubleshoot network and system problems, diagnosing and solving faults.

Monitor and maintain Computer systems and networks including backups.

Establish and maintain a good working relationship with clients, suppliers, and co-workers.

About You:

Excellent communication manner and customer facing skills

Excellent troubleshooting skills to deliver great outcomes for clients

Experience in Microsoft Exchange Online and Outlook

Experience in current Microsoft Desktop and Computer Hardware

Experience in Microsoft Active Directory

Documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail

A demonstrated team player, both when working remotely and in the team environment

A proven ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail to see things through

Experience of 1 year or more in a technical support role is beneficial.
