The role

Our client is seeking the next generation of broker capable of contributing to the on-going growth and success of their business. This role requires a technically minded individual with financial lines expertise and an outgoing personality to manage clients and to close internally generated leads. This high performing team enjoys their work and offers a supportive and collaborative environment to consistently exceed internal and external expectations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a portfolio of professions, primarily PI and ML risks but also general lines including business packs, corporate travel and motor.

Secure new business wins through the prospecting and closing for lead generated for you by the brokerage.

Keep abreast, monitor and report on competitor activity.

Build a strong individual and company profile.

Your details:

Prior successful employment in a relationship-based broking role and a thorough understanding of PI and ML products.

Be a technical broker who enjoys crunching numbers and data.

Proven track record of key client management and superior client management skills.

Strong technical broking expertise.

Awareness of markets for hard to place risks.
