The Role: This role offers the flexibility to work from either our Adelaide (Kensington Park) or Melbourne (South Yarra) office, with hybrid work opportunities available. While full-time availability is ideal, we are open to candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. This role offers a varied and challenging environment, with continual support and opportunities for education and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily support to our dynamic broking team, including.
Reviewing and summarising renewal declarations and quote forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Communication with clients to resolve incomplete forms or gather additional information.
Assisting in the remarketing of renewals and management of renewal processes.
Preparation of endorsements, cancellations and quotations for our commercial clients.
Managing reminders and deadlines to ensure timely processing of client and underwriter requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years of experience within the insurance industry or 5 years of experience in an administration role.
Proficiency in computer skills. Our office utilises Microsoft programs, along with insurance broking systems like Sunrise, SCTP and Insight.
A strong customer focus with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Effective time management skills to handle a significant workload.
