Join the dynamic team at Mason Finance Group as a Broker Assistant. In this full-time position based in Maroochydore, Queensland, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced brokers in providing tailored financial solutions to our valued clients. As a Broker Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the success of our brokerage.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with and updating clients throughout the loan process

Maintaining and updating the CRM system

Ensuring loan compliance requirements are met

Acting as the first point of contact for our customers

Managing broker diaries and ensuring all customers are ready for their first appointment

Proactively contacting clients while they prepare for their appointment with a broker

Answering all inbound phone calls.

Greeting all customers that attend the office.
