About the role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines & Rural Broker to join our team at Albany District Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd in Albany, WA. This is a full-time role that will see you providing expert insurance broking services to our commercial and rural clients. You will play a key part in helping to grow our business and drive success for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing tailored insurance advice and solutions for commercial and rural clients

Negotiating with insurers to obtain the most competitive premiums and coverage

Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

Managing a portfolio of commercial and rural insurance policies

Identifying new business opportunities and assisting with business development

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a Commercial Lines or Rural Broker or any experience in the insurance industry

Strong technical knowledge of commercial and rural insurance products or a willingness to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients

Negotiation skills and the ability to obtain the best possible outcomes

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Relevant insurance industry qualifications or certifications
