About the role

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator to join their practice in Phillip ACT. As a full-time Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the dentists and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by passing instruments, preparing materials, and ensuring a sterile and organised work environment

Greeting and welcoming patients, answering their questions, and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit

Maintaining detailed patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks as needed

Ensuring all dental equipment and instruments are properly sterilised and maintained

Staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care

What we're looking for

Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a busy dental practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Proficient in using dental software and technology

A genuine passion for providing high-quality patient care
