Beresford Dental – The Smile Pros is a specialist prosthodontist and general family practice providing all aspects of dental treatment including a range of specialist prosthodontics and implant dentistry treatments by our two resident prosthodontists, as well as cosmetic and general treatments from our general dentist. Our state-of-the-art practice is fitted with the latest modern dental technologies, along with our in-house lab.

Under new ownership and due to high demand for our services and the unexpected departure of one of our amazing dental assistants, The Smile Pros are seeking a warm, empathetic dental assistant to join and support our clinical team on a casual basis (full-time hours, with the opportunity for permanent full-time for the right candidate).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Chairside assisting in a variety of treatment procedures
• Sterilization duties
• Help maintain infection control guidelines
• Managing patient care
• Assist with a range of reception duties
• Assist with the maintenance of stock control
• Coordinating treatment plans

Qualifications & experience

• Cert III in Dental Assisting (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 6 months dental assisting experience
