32 Degrees Building are multi award winning specialists in second storey additions, ground floor extensions and renovations.

We are looking for self-motivated client service representatives who have a passion for assisting and guiding prospective clients.

This is a Full-time role - 5 days, 37.5 hours/week, In Office

The role involves answering the phones, responding to emails and messages to nurture our clients through their build process and assisting them with their selections and queries.

Key to success in this role will be a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with customers with an ability to explain our build process and navigate CRM and client portal systems to ensure a seamless build for our clients

THE ROLE

Responding to calls and emails from our clients in build stage

Setting up clients on their portal and assisting them with making selections and answering questions surrounding their build

Updating the CRM and Project Management system as required (Hubspot & BuilderTrend), setting up follow up calls and tasks, liaising with the onsite team, suppliers, contractors and management

Supporting clients through their build to help them understand the process and finalise their build selections

Meeting with clients at the end of their build for a post-build review and feedback

Administrative work and reporting to management

Working as a team to achieve common company goals

YOUR PROFILE

Customer service experience - minimum 2 years

Self-motivated and driven to ensure all customers are responded to within our CSA

Excellent communication skills and ability to converse clearly and confidently across a varied audience - (not afraid to pick up the phone)

Ability to be resourceful and find out information from a range of stakeholders

Proficient with using a CRM system or similar (Hubspot and or BuilderTrend is an advantage) and computer software such as outlook, word, excel

Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation are required

Background knowledge in the building industry is an advantage however not required
