The Role & the Business

Working as a 2IC Supervisor under an experienced Site Manager with a well resourced project team, you will initially be working on 1 of 2 projects depending on your skillset. 1 project is a $50M School in Western Sydney and the other a $60M Government project. You will need to be a team player capable of managing workload, achieving programme deadlines and supervising your contractors alongside having a proactive approach to Safety. Under the keen eye of a Site Manager who is tasked with assisting your building knowledge and career development, this role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years experience in a Supervisory role looking for a business who grow their staff and promote from within.

The business are a household name in the Sydney construction industry and have been a firmly established Tier 2 Builder for more than 30 years. It is rare for anyone to interview with the company and not want to join them as their reputation is synonymous with longevity and being an excellent employer. With more than 80% repeat work on an annual basis, they are best known for delivering education, health, aged care, commercial & government work in the $20 - $80M bracket.

Qualifications & Experience

• You will be a Site Supervisor with at least 3 years experience working as a Foreperson on new build commercial projects
• You will be trade qualified, ideally in Carpentry and looking to establish yourself with 1 of the best Builders in NSW as you progress to Site Management
• You will be team oriented, have a good attitude to safety and treat your subcontractors as part of the team - the Builder is all about pulling in the same direction to deliver a quality product
• Your hunger, building skills and attitude towards creating a strong career for yourself will set you apart
• The successful Candidate will receive first class training and mentoring to help establish them as a leading Site Manager of the future
