About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role in our project pipeline—you’ll be essential in accurately pricing and planning jobs that are as unique as the clients we serve.

We’re after someone with a construction background who has worked on-site at some point in their career. You know the tools, understand how jobs are built from the ground up, and can interpret plans with a practical, technical lens. You’ll be working closely with our current Landscape Director, Estimator/Project Coordinator to ensure our estimations are thorough, accurate, and aligned with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret landscape and construction plans, site details, and technical documents

Perform detailed take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates

Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

Create professional quotes and tender submissions

Collaborate with our Estimator/Project Coordinator for smooth project handover

Contribute to job programming, budgeting, and cost tracking

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in estimating within landscape construction or similar fields

Construction background with hands-on site experience (essential)

Solid technical knowledge of materials and construction methods

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage timelines

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Proficient in Excel, estimating tools, and digital platforms

A genuine interest in high-end landscape construction
