Artisan sourdough breads, banana bread, muffins, light buttery croissants, baked cheesecakes, donuts, tarts, protein balls, biscuits, slices... We supply delicious, quality, baked pastry and bread products to the hospitality and retail sectors 6 days a week.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Preparing ingredients, mixing and laminating doughs
• Operating various machinery such as the dough break and croissant machines
• Various other tasks including traying up, making various products and cleaning
• Follow a high level of food safety and quality standards
• Working in a diverse team of experienced pastry cooks and chefs

SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:

• Prior experience working within a food facility, bakery or FMCG facility
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• A reliable “can do attitude”
• The ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Knowledge of allergen management, HACCP principals and food safety standards and practices
• A commitment to quality, consistency and excellence of product
• Must be physically fit and able to repetitively lift 25kg
