Qualified and experienced Baker wanted by Kate's Heywood cafe and Bakery, near Portland Victoria is a beautiful South West coast.

The duties responsibilities:

Qualified Cer III Plus over 3 years commercial banking experience (early start)

Early starts to mix, knead, rest and bake the full range of breads, buns… dust and glaze as needed

Roll, cut and shape pastry for pie, pasties, quiche and pizza base

Prepare mix and bake traditional cakes and slices, create new menu

Apply fillings, icing decorations as directed

Inventory and stock control, keeping of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety regulations
