Client –

43 years in business operation this business has stood the test of time and has really pushed its capabilities. With New management, stock sitting in the yard plus having one of the strongest names in the sales of new equipment you will hard press to find many companies that can offer this level of service or technical backup that this customer can deliver. They employee over 60 staff here in Australia and have a brand-new facility in Yalata QLD. The Queensland operation has had 2 staff in the last 12 months that have not delivered so we are really looking forward to finding someone that can move Yellow Iron, have commercial and technical skill set to lead the QLD operation forward.

Job Opportunity -

My client is practically tough and unfortunately doesn’t suffer fools, He has been burned many times by senior sales professionals coming on-board saying that they can deliver million and millions of dollars in sales but then making up constant issues why they can’t sell the equipment. This makes it tough for anyone to join the company. I have successfully placed two candidates in this company and one of them has been in the role for over 3 years and he is doing very well. He said that you have to work really hard and put your head down and give it your all. The other employee has been there for his first year and is also working like a Trojan. Hopefully this hasn’t scared you off but to sell crushers and screens you really need to have the gift of the gab and have the magic skills to make this role a true success. Cold calling and developing new business is a crucial part of this job. The other part is regular call cycles and being all over your business and knowing what is happening and how you’re going to play each customer. You have the following products to sell or hire.

· Screens

· Impactors

· Jaw Crashers

· Cone Crushers

· Trommels

· Shredders

· Grinders

· Washing equipment

· Weighing equipment

· Conveyors

The company also provides hire of this equipment and also parts and services which you can also sell . You’re going to be selling to huge variety clients but you’re mainly going to be focusing on quarries, mineral processing yards, bulk material handling, Port Authorities, garden centers, Forestry, land clearing and heavy construction clients.

You will have to travel because you are going to be required all over Queensland and if you take up this role in QLD it will be everything up to Townsville QLD. With yearly conferences and also company events you need to have the freedom to travel on the rep that works there he has clocked up over 120,000k for the year, which will give you and understanding of travel.

If you can succeed in this role there is senior leadership on offer but you will need to prove yourself first before getting a look into this role. Your salary will take a huge step up and with your uncapped coms you could be looking at 3 to 4ook Package.

Experience Required

· 5 + Years in Selling Mobile Crushers and Screen

· Strong customers and excellent networks throughout Queensland Quarries

· You need to be very strong in Sales and be able to build repour with customer

· Highly motivated

· Willing ness to travel

· Strong understanding of earthmoving or crushing equipment

· If you have a trade background that defiantly hep.

Salary Package -

On offer is great earning potential for someone that backs themselves and wants to really make a difference in their salary package. You will be offered a base salary of $140,000 - $150,000 + Company 4WD + Super + tools of trade + full training and support from the team and engineering manager. Were you make your earning is in your commissions it’s a uncapped structure that can see you doubling your base salary but also taking it even further. This will take a couple of years but is well worth the investment of your time and hard work.
